How To Easily Create a Repair List on Homegauge
Repair List and request can be easily done with the HomeGauge create a repair list function. You do not have to read over the entire report looking for repairs, this function does it for you. Realtors and clients can easily create a repair list from the inspection report and send it off in minutes, saving you valuable time.

Here are the directions in writing.
Log in to Homegauge.com
1. Go to My Inspections and click on the property you want to create a repair list for.
2. If you do not see the Create a Request List, go to View Report and then Inspection Details, and you should see a button for Create List.
3. A Pop up will appear with items to review. You can select All Items or Summary Items only. All Items will show everything on the report. Summary Items are the number of items needing your attention.
4.Each item selected will show what is on the report with comments and photos. You can choose to Accept As Is or Add to List. Choose Add To List and request Repair (with option to leave a comment if you wish) then Save Request.
5. The program will continue to move along all the repairs needed giving you the option to Add to List or Accept as is.
6. Once completed you will have options to View Request List or Continue Editing Request List. Choose View Request List if you are finished.
7. After reviewing the Repair List, you can send it via email by clicking the Send List button in the upper right-hand corner of the list you created and also you have the option to download it to your computer by choosing Download PDF.
8. You can then send the repair list to yourself, the selling agent, owner, etc. Please send a copy to our office if you want to request a reinspection using the email CenterStateDesk@gmail.com.
